Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok - Pattaya(Alcazar Show)

⦁ On your arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Pattaya.

⦁ On reaching Pattaya, check-in at the hotel and relax

⦁ In the evening, you can enjoy the Alcazar Show, an amazing light and sound dance show

⦁ Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Pattaya - Coral Island Tour with Lunch 

⦁ After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken for the Coral Island Tour by a boat ride. Enjoy your day this lovely Island and witness its magical imaginable views

⦁ You can also opt for various water sport activities here, like parasailing, scooter riding, glass-bottomed boat riding, snorkelling, scuba diving, and wind surfing and skiing (at an additional cost) 

⦁ Afterwards, you can take a Nong Nooch Village Tour with beautiful gardens (at an additional cost) or you can return to your hotel and relax

⦁ Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 3: Pattaya - Bangkok – ChaoPhraya river cruise Tour with Dinner

⦁ After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and leave for Bangkok

⦁ Later, check-in to your hotel and relax. In the evening you will explore the amazing shopping options that Bangkok has to offer or you can go for Chao Phraya River Dinner Cruise which will take you through the views of many historical landmarks and night sceneries with a romantic atmosphere in the middle of Bangkok

Day 4: Bangkok (Safari word with Marine Park and Lunch (OPTIONAL)

⦁ After breakfast at the hotel, Safari World and Marine Park where you can enjoy the various shows performed by many endangered land and water animal like lions and tigers to marine animals like dolphins and seals

⦁ You can go for shopping or buy souvenirs

Day 5: Departure

Visa Requirements

⦁ Confirmed return air tickets and vouchers

Important Notes

• Minimum operating strength is required to operate any departure date

• Rate of exchange taken for computing the above price is Rs.66 to a USD. In the event of increase in the rate of exchange taken into account the prices defined may be amended

• A surcharge may be applicable for certain departures

• TRIPREVEL India will not bear any cancellation charges of domestic air travel, domestic hotel and any other services booked by customer

• Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged

• The 3rd person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed

• Cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your ticket is not included

• Porter fees at hotels, airports and seaports is not included.

• Cost of expenses of personal nature such as, laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges etc. is not included

• Any other items not mentioned in the Inclusions list are not included

• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard

• Check-in at hotels is 2 PM and check-out is 10 AM

• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

⦁ Reservation on the Tour shall be accepted by TRIPREVEL India only upon receipt of the Booking Form duty signed along full Payment as scheduled below:

⦁ The Tour Cost, as detailed in the Brochure and as may be revised, if necessary, shall be paid by Customer as follows:

Timeline for Minimum Per Person Payment to be made by the Client Charges

At the time of booking - Interest free non-refundable deposit INR 10,000 per person*

By 25 days from date of departure of the Tour 50% of total tour cost

By 15 days from date of departure of the Tour 100% of the total tour cost

* In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost to be paid at the time of booking and will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation.

When a Cancellation is made Cancellation Charges per person

From booking date up to 25 days from date of departure of the Tour Booking amount + Visa charges + Cruise amount (if applicable)

From 24 to 16 days from date of departure of the Tour 50% of the total Tour cost

15 days or less from date of departure of the Tour 100% of the total Tour cost

Cancellation Policy

⦁ All cancellations are valid only when communicated in writing to TRIPREVEL India by registered AD, letter, email and upon confirmation of the same in writing by TRIPREVEL India

⦁ All payments made according to the payment schedule in section 10 are non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation for whatsoever reason including non-grant of VISA or deportation or for any other reason. In addition, there will be additional cancellation charges as applied by the independent contractors in case this amount exceeds the cancellation charges applied by the TRIPREVEL India

⦁ For scheduled departure tours, a transfer from one tour to another or a change of departure date before the departure will be treated as cancellation on one tour and rebooking on another and hence will attract the applicable cancellation charges

⦁ For FIT tours, in case of amendments to the booking requested by the customer, TRIPREVEL India will charge all amendment fees charged by the independent contractors and, from the second amendment onwards, a service fee of INR 500 per person and per amendment

⦁ In case of billing errors, TRIPREVEL India reserves the right to re-invoice

⦁ In case of dishonoured cheques, issued by the customer in favour of TRIPREVEL India, the concerned customer has to pay INR. 500/- for every such dishonour and in addition TRIPREVEL India reserves the right to take necessary legal action in respect of dishonoured cheques as may be advised

⦁ In case of any amendment in tour by the customer or TRIPREVEL India, TRIPREVEL India reserves its rights to charge additional amount as it may deem fit including additional charges for an infant achieving the age of a child or a child exceeding the age of 12. Customer agrees to pay such additional charges and until the same is paid, the TRIPREVEL India shall not confirm the travel

⦁ Note: In addition to the above booking policy; for Individual/ FIT booking the following is applicable:-

⦁ The above is a general cancellation policy and the same is subject to change depending on the travel date, the destination like Maldives, Hong Kong etc., the package and the services booked and paid for

⦁ For dynamic properties like Marina Bay Sands/Atlantis/Venetian etc. and reconfirmed bookings, the above cancellation may not be applicable and could vary.

⦁ For air tickets being issued: Full INR component has to be collected before issuance, else price will be subject to change

⦁ In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation
